Q:  What forms of payment do you accept?

A:  We accept cash, Visa & Mastercard (including debit cards), Discover Card and personal checks with a valid ID.  Checks are guaranteed through Telecheck, Inc. and are usually deposited electronically. We also offer Care Credit.  I'm sorry, but we do not accept American Express at this time.

Q:  Do you offer a payment plan?

A:  No.  But we do offer Care Credit as an alternative.  Care Credit offers a variety of no interest and low interest payment options.  Care Credit works like a credit card and is guaranteed through GE Money Bank.  You can apply at home or in our office. Visit www.carecredit.com for more information or to apply online.

Q:  Do you have plenty of parking at your Chicago Hospital?

A:  YES!  We have 3 dedicated "Emergency Parking" spots in our lot.  In addition, we have 150 parking spots on our roof.  Access to roof parking is from Harding Avenue directly to the West of AETC.  There is also plenty of free parking on Belmont Avenue.  (Map)
